Cecilia Wiessenrieder

I live in Malmö, where I moved to attend the Academy of Music a long time ago, and have been a cello teacher at the Kulturskolan in Lund for 25 years. There I have many regular cello students, Suzuki students and groups, a student orchestra and am also a vocal leader in the Lund City Orchestra. Sometimes I also play string quartet with the Minerva Quartet.

For a few years now I have been a Teacher Trainer and also teach cello teachers who want to improve their Suzuki method. I am very much looking forward to meeting and teaching all the children and young people who are eager to play at the Cello Festival this summer! See you!
