- listen to inspiring lectures
- network with other musicians who share your passion for the cello
Schedule Overview
The advanced-level cello program includes the following:
Thursday
A full day focused on our major MEGAs project: our own concert in Copenhagen!
Approx. 9:00 AM: arrival and registration
Morning: rehearsal with Richard Krug Ingemar and Toke Møldrup in preparation for the evening concert.
This is the only rehearsal, so all participants are expected to be exceptionally well prepared on their parts.
After lunch at the Kulturskola, we travel together to the church in Copenhagen where the concert will take place. There we will have a dress rehearsal, followed by a meal break before the evening concert.
The current plan includes an overnight stay in Copenhagen.
Note: This is a preliminary plan dependent on sponsorship – changes may occur.

Practical Details
For those who do not wish to take private lessons or chamber music in the mornings, there is the option to participate in orchestra section rehearsals, listen to masterclasses (Sunday) or attend lectures.
Refreshments (fika) are provided every day.
Meal packages are purchased separately.
Meals are prepared especially for us and served at Sundsgymnasiet, next to Vellinge Cultural School.
We have scheduled breaks between sessions, allowing time to step outside, visit Nadine Nilsson from Nilssons Fiolateljé to learn more about cello care, or browse the cello accessories market.
In the foyer there is a café corner, and around mealtimes there is plenty of free time.
For participants without their own car, we will try to arrange transport to the churches through carpooling or a minibus.
The number of places is limited – please register early!
We truly look forward to meeting you and creating an unforgettable experience together.
